UGC Points not applying

When trying to purchase z8 points via ultimate game card, it asks me whether or not i want to apply my ultimate game points instead, but when i click on the button to purchase in that manner, it loads and then acts as if i never clicked on it and asks me to put another card pin, anybody familiar with this error and how to fix it? (if it means anything i'm using Google chrome)
