UGC Points not applying

When trying to purchase z8 points via ultimate game card, it asks me whether or not i want to apply my ultimate game points instead, but when i click on the button to purchase in that manner, it loads and then acts as if i never clicked on it and asks me to put another card pin, anybody familiar with this error and how to fix it? (if it means anything i'm using Google chrome)

I've tried it on Google Chrome and Internet Explorer it won't work for me on either, I guess we will just have to wait.
