Unresponsive support ticket v2
In my last thread, I complained about my support ticket of why it wasn't being answered for over a week. In my support ticket, I requested that I wanted to change my current ign to a new ign that already existed. The Z8games staff told me to purchase a name change and change to a random ign. So I did and responded back, saying I'm done. After that, the Z8games staff hasn't responded me back. I waited for a week and 3 days before I posted a thread, asking why my support ticket hasn't been answered. Someone named "one_9", a CF Mod told me to have a little bit of patience, saying support doesn't work on the weekends. I listened to him and told him I'll give the Z8games staff 5 days, starting April 14 to respond to my ticket. If they don't, I will post another thread about why my support ticket still hasn't been answered. And now here we are.
