so when I open the crossfire I click start game a black screen co the following error message (in init renderer. shutting down.)

may have the answer to my email?

Update your video drivers and DirectX. This will solve your problem.

The problem is most often caused by either outdated video drivers, or the video card's inability to handle the game. What kind of video card do you have?

Ensure, that you got the latest Graphic and Directx drivers installed and that your Windows Updates are up to date.
You can try it this Solution aswell:

You can download Directx from here.
Start the Setup and just follow all instructions there and you wont need to do anything else

Yes I have! I got DirectX 10 and i haven't got any updates...
