Update your video drivers and DirectX. This will solve your problem.

The problem is most often caused by either outdated video drivers, or the video card's inability to handle the game. What kind of video card do you have?

Ensure, that you got the latest Graphic and Directx drivers installed and that your Windows Updates are up to date.
You can try it this Solution aswell:

when i start up crossfire it load to the login screen but theres no login thing and it pops up init renderer()shutting down. what do i do plz help me!!

You can download Directx from here.
Start the Setup and just follow all instructions there and you wont need to do anything else
