They were given on the 19th. At least for me they were. I spent 30k ZP and got the mask and 5 SL-Gold crates.

If you haven't received the reward tier you should submit a Support ticket to Technical Support.

Alright, thanks. I checked my logs and never said they were gifted to me. I will send in a ticket.
