They were given on the 19th. At least for me they were. I spent 30k ZP and got the mask and 5 SL-Gold crates.
You can check with the Event Logs in your profile on the clan website.

If you haven't received the reward tier you should submit a Support ticket to Technical Support.

I hope the ''Spin the Weel'' Event comes back! This Event was very nice and i miss the free items!

Alright, thanks. I checked my logs and never said they were gifted to me. I will send in a ticket.
