I used to buy zp through ultimate gaming card. I had remaining balance of around 12$ and i have an email to prove it as well. Now when i follow the instructions to redeem the zp, the history and my account shows 0$.

Second, i recently bought 15$ UCG (and this is my last time i am buying thru UCG cuz i feel been riptoff). How can i fully use 15$ on "crossfire" for the last time.

Please i need suggestions!

or is it possible, i`ll purchase 20k zp. i`ll use 15$ via Ultimate gaming card and the rest pay through my credit card??

had same problem a couple weeks ago its easy first go to the ultimate game card website or you can go to the ultimatepay.com and log in..do you have an account in ultimatepay

Don't use your credit card, better use the ultimate card to pay for your zp its much more Safe.hmm sorry bruh! never seen a ultimate card payment section of z8 from the past 1 year. alot of things have changed,before there is to be check balance option for ultimate gamecard
