file is changed

When I launch CF, after I click start and HGW stuff loads, I get the error "file has been changed" and the whole thing closes. I haven't changed anything. Any fixes?

Delete X-trap folder from your main Crossfire folder, and when you play the game it puts the new x-trap inside. It should work.
