i bought before 24 hours 10euros zp and i dont get it can some1 help me???

it say me its ok and on my psf is not the euros but my zp is still 0

there is a problem with buying zp when using paysafecard hope they fix it soon i submitted a ticket 2 days ago and still nothing.

is it fixed ? i see paysafecard as a purchasing method again without a message ''Temporaliy out of service'' somebody tried it?
