Failed to connect to server <-- Fix this?

Hello,

Everytime I start crossfire it loads but when the loading screen is finished and I need to type my pw it won't let me, the second that the login screen comes up I get this message saying: 'Failed to connect to server' Its been 4 days now..

I read some posts saying resetting your router works, I've tried several times but it didn't work for me. Will this be fixed? It seems like alot of people just like myself are getting ****ed..
