I cant log in and i dont get my zp .

Hey Guys . today at 16 o clock (in germany) I bought 20k zp.
after that i wanted to log in but before i could do this always comes a message "failed to connect to server" . then i went to the homepage again and i saw that there was no zp .
but my paysafe cards are empty.

Please help my
