Bought ZP but didn't get it

Title says it all, bought ZP with Paysafecard, the payment went through and Z8 said it was successful but I received no ZP. I submitted a ticket.

Tried again still no ZP.

Shows it was successful.

Shows money has left my paysafecard.

Did somebody tried it again to see if it works? I hope it won't take to long for support to fix this !

I tried again, same problem, Z8 sayas it was successful and money is taken from my paysafecard but I don't receive ZP.

Bought ZP but didn't get it
