NEW Error (he kill you and get error)

New error is now in CrossFire , in Public or ClanWar ,
Sometimes when someone kills you immediately get this error :

can you give a list of maps and gametypes this has happened to you? Can you see if there is a pattern of specific weaponry that should be noted?

no matter what items you have or what weapon you use , most times get error in clan war... not only me , and others players

It happened to me in Eagle eye S&D i had my ggrenade out getting ready to throw it and i got 22_8 when i got killed, don't have a screen shot but thats what happened..
