Game keeps crashing

No errors, no messages, game just goes to a black screen and closes. Sound can still be heard, but the game becomes unplayable. Started on the thompson VIP patch, went away after a small patch, came back with the valentine's day patch.

EDIT : Game is also extremely slow to start up since the thompson vip patch.

Never had such a problem before, are you sure it is connected to CF?

It's not my computer as it can handle much higher resource eating programs and games no problem. It's not my internet as I don't get disconnected doing anything else. It's something on z8's end.

Side note : can someone tell the guy who rerouted my connection to z8 to put it back to the way it was 4 years ago?
