How can I upload a picture on the forums?

I want to report a guy claiming to be a mod but since the support center is pathetic I can't.
So I'll post the picture on the forum, maybe a mod will see it, but I don't know how to upload it. That's why I need your help. Thanks

I understand you , but the rule do not give you permission to report in forum only in Support Ticket ....

I understand it, but yet again where can I? If I try to upload it like a hacking report or like a complaining ticket, I get an error.

go here : http://imgur.com/ or use google "upload image" , upload your image and when you make that ticket put there and the link from your image where do you upload .
