also why cant i stream with OBS? my games disconnects because of a xtrap error everytime i start streaming

Probably because OBS is not whitelisted by Xtrap. It's not uncommon for 3rd party programs to be blocked while a game is running. You'll need to submit a Support ticket in order to pass on the information to get it whitelisted.

I'd probably send it to Technical Support, with a screenshot of the xtrap error so it can be forwarded to them to see if it will get whitelisted.
