z8 not replying

Basically, I've Purchased zp and i sent in a support ticket because i paid for the zp and i didnt recieve it, on the same day i sent a support ticket, i got one reply back saying they needed more info



I supplied them with the information & also my phone number that i payed with using credit.

i'ts been 3 days and i haven't got a reply since, i just dont know what to do , at this rate im not planning to buy zp from z8games ever again.
