z8 not replying
Basically, I've Purchased zp and i sent in a support ticket because i paid for the zp and i didnt recieve it, on the same day i sent a support ticket, i got one reply back saying they needed more info
I supplied them with the information & also my phone number that i payed with using credit.
i'ts been 3 days and i haven't got a reply since, i just dont know what to do , at this rate im not planning to buy zp from z8games ever again.

Support does not work during the weekend. Please understand your ticket probably would have been read at earliest sometime today. Probable reply time can be from 3-5 business days.
Edit: you should also remove the image links. Nobody here on the forums can aid you on your ticket therefore displaying such images of a private Support ticket would only hurt you, not help you.
Edit: out of curiosity, did you fill out the form properly? I would be confused then why they would ask you for information that you should have clearly provided on initial request.
