=( some how my lagg is back
i have normal ping and fps. but somehow when i shoot some1 with AWM i see blood but no one dies, except me of course me. and i see what ping he/she has and i see 100-200
i was ok for last week but today(after the patch) teh lagg is back.
i know u'll probably say :QQ but u gotta understand lagging is bad and getting twitch killed 3/4 is even worse

This could lead to the other person lagging but not you or your pc is going a bit weird im not sure but the only time it happens to me is when the other person is lagging..

They could be hackers which leads to pings being high.

I've seen that blood reduce's registration for killing the enemy. Try playing in low mode meaning change all your game effect's/Options to low ; )

Higher pings when more people are playing or using the internet (usually around 5pm-10pm ish)
