Then bought 8oooo of items on January 31th.

I didnt get my Pink axe Crates...

It's 9:16AM CST, so an hour behind EST.

Relax, they're still probably getting into the office and everything. More than likely they'll have a small announcement post on the Rose event announcement thread.
