This is unfair...

I've been begging Cross Fire to give me my account Kermit back and I gave them all the information I remember. I started taking medication and one of the side effects was memory loss so one day I just forgot my password and I quit for six months but now I really want my account back. I put a lot of money and hard work into my account and I provided them give the email, username, old passwords, and most recent purchase. They said send the password to my email but the email I used with the account was fake and can never be made it was a GMAIL that was 5 characters long so for example: lalal@Gmail.com but GMAIL requires 6 to 30 characters for an email but the one I used was fake and only 5. So the email can never be made or anything and I'm getting so frustrated because it's clearly my account no one has been on it for 6 months so whose can it be? I provided all the information but the SQ and I don't remember that at all. I stopped taking medication and Cross Fire please can I just have my account back...

Also, I forgot to mention 1 more thing I'm done with support because I bet next they're going to ask for SQ and say sorry we can't assist you with that. I've tried so hard sent over 20 support tickets and I have no idea what else to do but come to the forums.
