Didnt get my items

i deposited for the first time, 20k ZP. i got my AK Fury for a week, but i didnt recieve my crates or the bullet proof vest it said first timers got. if i could get those id appreciate it thanks.

no still havent recived them, never gotten ZP on Crossfire before. so any help would be nice ty
