CF start up problem. invalid client. dowload latest version

whenever i try to start up crossfire, i get a popup that says "the client you have is invalid. Please download the latest version."

can someone post a link of where to find the latest version, i cant find it.

yes thats the one i downloaded. but everytime i try to start it up, this message pops up:

CF start up problem. invalid client. dowload latest version
