Can't buy zp

Hi.I buyed zp a lot of times with my credit card.but now I can't anymore.when I try to buy I get "your character Don't have minimum lvl to make a depozit" or I get "transaction avoided because security " or something like that.what I have to do? Thanks

Yes.fail to pass security.I really have to call to the bank? Is not other option?

As shadow said you might need to fill more security info when doing the payment.

You should also make contact your bank to know if they made international restriction payments since you can actually get banned for that.
