CF error: Shader.fxo is missing

I'm very frustrated when I keep getting this error. I can play all type of modes without any error (well hack tool detected and getting block is my everyday life now lol), but whenever I go to my inventory to change char's helmet or something, the game automatically freeze and get error, which is the same with this post "http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=265769"

I tried to do what he said in there but none of them work for me.
Can you please do something with it. It is very frustrated because I have lots of +% exp but I cannot equip it, I also can't change mags too.

My laptop hardware:
OS: Windows 8.1 x64
RAM: 8gb
i5-3230M/ Geforce GT 635M

PS: I dont use Razer booster for this game. I got error with it so I stopped using it.
