Can't Submit a Ticket for Harassment

Is there an admin I can talk to. Players harassing me is getting really old. It has been me and it has been my teammates. I have the screenshots just the site ALWAYS times out for me. I could be petty and just post every screenshot on the forums but that would be counter productive.

And how are you uploading the screenshots?

The one that says complaints?
Doesn't really specify where to report it other than to submit a ticket.

You can submit any harassment reports to complaints. Please also consider uploading your screenshot of the incident to imgur.com and pasting the link into the ticket you are submitting.
