How come after more than 3 hours on CF playing, chating, black market my fever gauge is still at lvl2 45% ?

I started on UK3 then swithed to UK4.
At the moment of the switch I was on Lvl3...
Connexting to UKA4 I was lvl 1, 10%

Wtf ?
