my crystal m4a1 ..

Hello there ..

ok my prob is that,

2days ago I done my " cross fire is my life " ribbon to be my 20th ribbon,

yesterday I checked the profile and I received the " my ribbons are made of crystal " to be my 21st ribbon, didn't check the acc tho ..

now I checked but still no m4a1 since yesterday ..

is that normal or should I report it ?
Edit: I mean the delay is normal an it will take sometime maybe day or two or should I make a support ticket ?

Wait 24-48 Hours for your M4A1-CC. if you didn't received your weapon after 48 hours it's better to contact support.

Yes the delay is normal, I received the M4A1-CC After 48 hours and most of the ribbons/weapons have a delay of ~48 hours. After that you should contact Z8games if you didn't received the weapon.

M4a1 cc

The delay is normal, it takes up to three days to fall on your M4A1 CC acc, is that the case must be checked within 24 hours if it was not credited to your acc, wait 48 hours, if there followed after these 72 hours have not received ai yes it is necessary to resort to support, in my case took 3 days to arrive.
