change name and reset kills/deaths, wins/loses

i bought the reset wins/loses and kills/deaths from the web mall by bonus points and it didnt work and bought it again from package items by zp points and neither it worked nor change name, any help?

Did u press the "USE" button in "My Items" button on the right under your ZP/BP balance?

you have to press the green USE button
then it will ask you to confirm, hit yes,
then you're done the reset!
