Hello,my account stolen by a hacker and changed password and the registried email. i contacted the Z8 support and didnt answer me about it then the scammer was playing with my account then after 2 days i was checking the character page on z8 i found all my GP WEAPONS Sold and i think the account blocked 14 days.So please any moderator or GM
Help me to get my account back or anything i worked hard on it i've been playing this game since 2011.i've sent too many support tickets and REPLY no one respond please any mod or GM
respond to me please.
i have explained everything to them and gave them the zp charge code and the date of it,
also i gave them some screenshots of my promotion ranks,and gave them all my Old Informaion please any Mod or GM Respond to the ticket as fast as you can before my account get Banned Permanent.

Sending more than one ticket will only slow down the process, oly send one and be patient...

Also accounts don't just get stolen, especially when they had the SQ and Email... Either stop giving out/tradingq/selling your account, or do a virus scan.

As soon as they get to it, sending more tickets will just delay them, just wait.
