Zp issues

Everytime I try to buy zp with my prepaid debit card it says the transaction has been voided failed to pass security validations but I am doing everything normal as I have before, please help anyone else having same problem?

I had the exact same problem!

I sent in a ticket saying how I could fix this and they replied with:

"You failed to pass the security validation, etc etc."

... Never told me how.

Yeah Man... the Support Team from Z8Games is maybe on Holidays ( vacation ) or something like that, i send Support Ticket last Week, no answer until yet, today i have deleted this Support Message from me because Z8Games dont answer... very strange... Summertime.... i think [GM]Saidin swim in the swimming pool and drink caipirinhas!

Man, i buy via Earn Free ZP and TokenAds, until yet i wait for 15000 ZP from TokenAds, i think they dont credit my Account yet because of this 10% more ZP...i have open a Ticket and TokenAds say we credit you next Days... what can i do?! Nothing, only wait... im alone against this Mafia!
