My account is in danger and i have the first info
i have all the proofs that someone hacked my and stole my account

    Also for future references MOD'S have nothing to do with support tickets. They only moderate the forum.
  • 1st) Moderators don't have access to support tickets.

    2nd) It's not Z8's fault you can't keep your account from getting 'Hacked'. Clearly you either gave the information to the wrong person(s) or you don't know basic steps to keep your computer safe.

    3rd) It takes 3-5 business days for all support tickets to be answered. Sometimes longer depending on the amount of tickets received at a given time.

    4th) Swearing out everything you possibly can won't get you anywhere.

  • You have to wait 3-5 business days before anyone replies to your support ticket. And cursing at a computer screen definitely is not going to speed up the reply process.

    Now I want to go over a little about Support tickets. They can sometimes be tricky things, from sending it to the right department to even figuring out when you have received a response.

    To ensure you may receive the adequate attention to your ticket, I would ask of you to please review this thread about stolen accounts.
