We NEED more hats

Yes, I agree the game does have a lot of hackers, bugs, glitches, and noobs out at the moment. But there is a certain issue that needs to be addressed first before all that. This game needs more hats. That's right I said it. I mean come on, I only play this game to show off my sexy witchhat/santahat. If there were more chances to own permanent character hats, i'm betting that more people will play the game despite all the racks on racks out there.
Might I add that the previous permanent hats were placed in GP Black Market crates, I should expect that they'd stay in GP crates.

I would really love to see horse masks placed in the game as hats, that would be the shizznizz.
