Sending a ticket in that says:

"Charge Back"

With an arbitrary login ID means there's nothing we can do about it.

In case it's not obvious, charge backs are not a good thing. They cost everyone involved needles money which could have easily been avoided. In addition to that, forgetting information on accounts doesn't help either.

Your answers are not ideal because you're only providing the bare minimum of information and expecting us to dig through a haystack to find your needle.


Please be patient with them and try to answer their questions as best as you can with as much accurate information as possible.

I know. I'm guessing it was paypal's fault but I've bought a UGC and entered the code into the ticket, could someone possibly take a look at the support ticket for me and unblock the account? It's on the account 'null', thanks in advance.
