also i dont understand you properly but anyways if you're qualified for a ribbon it should appear on your profile in 24-48 hours

Like the person above me has mentioned, these ribbons do not update in real-time.

You're going to have to wait atleast two days. Also are you sure that the survey credited you? it must say received on the "help" tab in surveys.

It takes a bit of time for the ribbon to show.
