Well, they just recently installed new software on the server that is causing some pings to go up, though a spike like that should not have happened... Are you on a wifi connection or do you plug in direct? It could be your router or modem, could also be that your ISP moved the node or your signal degraded causing this issue... Try doing a speedtest on speedtest.net or something similar, use a server close to home and see what it pings you at... this should eliminate z8's servers if you test a few close ones.
I used to install cable internet for a living; did that for 4 years, learned a few neat tricks. Also going to college for pc repair, so I'm learning a lot of fun facts

actually the problems is not new about 4-5 months with 160 ping and dont know why although the isp is still the same -
This has helped others in the past, some have seen the same ping but no longer spike. Now that is out of the way,I want you to try the following, open up CMD(run as Admin) copy and paste or type in these windows commands as singles.2 months gone already with 160 ping
ipconfig/flushdns
ipconfig/release
ipconfig/renew
netsh int ip reset reset.log
netsh winsock reset
After this restart your computer log in and let me know if you see any change. -

Those commands might help a tiny bit, but she's saying she got that new pc after the issues started I think. Like I said earlier, try testing your internet speed on a site, because it might be your modem or router that are causing the problems.
done testing used the commands still Nothing

That's what they say even if your signal is crap... Though if you have dsl... then it could just be your connection period.
She's maybe right and it's servers fault . Because me and my friends , used to have 70-80 ping and now it's raised up to 100-110 . We all called our internet companies to ask what is happening and they answered us saying that it's game's problem . -
