HELP Please - Client error 31_2

Hi, everytime I join a game I'm given a client error 31_2 and am kicked to lobby please help me.

Is this a repeating error? Has this been on the same server/channel?

Yes, it happens on every server and channel

So you'd be able to reproduce this 100% of the time? Can you outline a step by step procedure on how to replicate it?

Sorry 4 late response

1)open game and login
2)join any server
3)join any channel
4)join any game
5)get 'client error 31_2'
6)get kicked to lobby

If you are on windows 7, which you most likely are....
Right click your game, go to properties, hit the compatibility tab, click run as administrator checkbox. Change your compatibility to windows xp service pack 3.
This is the same client error that I was getting in the same scenario. If you are not running windows 7.. best of luck lol

I am on windows 8, and when i try to open the game it says i need to turn off the compatibility mode or else i wont be able to even start the game, and after i join a game in any server it always crashes and then puts me back to the waiting room , and it always say error 31_2. please help

PM Saidin, We know nothin bout the Dows 8 :L We're laggin behind on windows 7.
