Hello mods can you open my Tickets for my ZP Problem ?
i send 2 ticket becuse i buy ZP but i dont got in my account ...
so please help ..
i wait zp 10 days !

On the right hand side, click on "Contact History"

Now at the top of the specific ticket you'll see "View Response" and from there you'll be able to see any responses made.

I've been waiting for a refund since 6/25... z8 took my AK-Beast away without notifying me. Am I ever going to get my ZP back?

Are you sure it wasn't a temporary AK-Fury from last month's event?

I bought the AK-Beast with 100000 ZP about 2 weeks ago. Then I felt so stupid because I could have purchased another 25000 ZP to get a Fury, so I sent in ticket to ask z8 if they could refund me all the ZP that AK Beast is worth. couple of days after, they replied back saying if I would like them to proceed with the refund of the AK Beast, I'd have to reply to the ticket stating the item I would like refunded.
