no Replay folder!!!

I saved a Reply after the game and want to look for it in the z8games folder but there is no one there are only this folder: Report, rez, XTrap, backup, Log and hgwc.

My Question is: should I reinstall the game?

Check "My Documents" for a "Cross Fire" folder. There is a "Replay" folder in there.

You should see your replays within that folder.
