Custom Cursor

Those cursors when you click there's a pulsating ring around it.
Does anyone know how to get that or have any other cool cursors?

I'd be careful with these cursor programs. A lot of them are malicious software.

Pulsating circles?

You mean a circle that shows up when you hit a certain key?

Or do you mean those that show up in many tutorials on youtube?
If so I think those are from the recording software.

If you're not referring to those then I'm not sure.

Yes, they show up a lot in tutorials.

Then, don't quote me on it, but I believe that's done with the recording software so that when you click somewhere the circle shows up, making it easier to follow along in tutorials.

Not sure if there's a way to get it without the recording software.

I'd recommend you to google it, but cursors can be very fishy so it can be tricky finding something legitimate.

I tried but couldn't find anything.

Go to your mouse settings in the control panel and go to Pointer Options and check the last box.

Then it "pulsates" every time you hit CTRL.

e: Some recording software has their own version of that I believe

That was going to be my first response, but I think the OP wants something that pulsates every time you click using the mouse.
Or that was my impression at least.
