PlayStation 4 and disc-based used games

MS's approach
"Give your games to friends: Xbox One is designed so game publishers can enable you to give your disc-based games to your friends. There are no fees charged as part of these transfers. There are two requirements: you can only give them to people who have been on your friends list for at least 30 days and each game can only be given once."

It will be interesting to see how both consoles will perform in game sales.
Xbox will most likely make more money for publishers and that will make publishers more happy.
A strategy to make publishers happy to get more games?
I'm like so sure sony is losing money with the PS4 but they will gain most likely a more player base but since games will be traded and sold to each other with out fee's going to publishers or even sony how will sony pay for it?
That 5 euro/dollar a month for online gaming won't be really enough when they are giving games away with it...
I'm really confused about sony's strategy, it's "money friendly" but business wise so confusing. -

I was thinking the same, however they have had their ps+ service running for some time now. -
