Lost id/password

OK, i forgot what my password is in my crossfire account so i tried doing the
LOST ID/PASSWORD and i put my email to recieve my password but i dont think my email is working because it doesnt get email from CF or my someone.

I tried looking at junk files.....nothing there.

There is also no filters.

Is there anyway to get my acc back?????
