Crossfire Loading Error fix?

hey guys this is a simple problem that i just dont know how to fix and b4 you say anything yesss i added it to the firewall exceptions list and tried to disable my antivirus but it doesnt work.

when i click on crossfire it opens the launcher i click "start" and then nothing happens.
i realize something on my computer is not letting it start up but i dont know what. please leave your suggestions below

Are you using Windows 8?

If yes, you are currently not able to play, they will fix that issue soon.

no im on windows 7 and i still am trying stuff and it doesnt work. ughhh so frustrating.

Anyhows, have you tried to open Crossfire with next apps?
patcher_cf.exe
or
selfupdate_cf.exe?

Both should be found from
C:/Program Files (x86)/Z8Games/CrossFire
