I dont see why not. Can you name 5 GM clans right out of your head? Prob, but can you name 5 that are active and that cw? Prob not if you make a clan, cw, and is active i dont see why not. I mean regardless of everything i said "best" can be meant for different things? Like we are the one of the best at light tricking or like one of the best at saying we are the best. duh.
