im a quickzoomer for pretty much 80% of my shots, but not the amazingly fast quickzoomer. i quickzoom then sorta flickshot because i never get the guy in crosshairs, unless im in da zone.

if im against a good player, jump, shoot, if i miss i switch to shovel and run away for cover then do it again.

im a terrible peeker xD

i quickscope everything no matter how far away... very fast quickscope too.. helps me get better at the QS... im pretty good at it though

Poor reflexes so I am completely dependent on having a good idea of where the enemy is/could be.

Long-range, I switch between pre- and quick- scope, depends on the window I'm given.
Close/Medium-range, flickshot.

Also, I do a lot of heavy misdirection with smoke.

dont bother with the knife switch cause i can rack up as many shots with the rythm of the re-scope as targets provide. ... i got a feel for the center of my screen and can useally readjust aim with in a inch or 2 (on screen) before it rescopes in on the next target...
also i scope in one time before rounding corners just incase a target is there. it cuts my POV down if i got ambushed but more often then not i can get a shot in.

I snipe by prediction. I put my crosshair where i think they will be and then shoot when they jump into it. Or i just flickshot but instead of flickshotting at themi flickshot past them and i click whenever my crosshair passes their body.

Best Sniper Tip

Close both your eyes and hope for the best

That way you dont see who killed you when you missed the target LOL

Or you can just hide like a frightened rabbit and hope they dont find you LOL

Here's a bit about ntd's method from his awesome 61-0 at Fortress thread, since he's chosen to take the Goddish road. Paraphrased for out-of-context value.

Most of the ppl here answered all ur questions i believe.
However, i can give few noble tips.

When the name of the enemy appears in the center of ur screen, with red colored text, then u have him in ur crosshair. Right click and fire immediately. You have to train hard for that though and at the end u will not have to target him, it will go mechanically. Thats what i do for close/close-to-mid range.

For mid/mid-to-high ranges i'm using quickscope again, but i try to predict the enemy's move (90% jump and 50% jump-crouch). Sometimes i succeed sometimes i dont. It's all about practice.

If you really want to start practice with a good method, start to play with m700. You will learn to quickscope faster than starting with AWM.

no scoping is the way to go, if u can get tht down then ur set best place to practice that is at port for FFA snipers
