where is my ZP Soldier Ribbon ?!

Hello !
can i get help here !!

i got a Survey Says Ribbon but i didn't get ZP Soldier Ribbon
i have purchased ZP through one of the Deposit Page options (Earn free Zp option )
but i did't get it .
i made a mistake or what ?

Can anyone help me

It takes up to 48 hours to get your ribbon.

I waited more than two days
I'm check it every day but nothing !!

U get the Ribbon when u deposit ZP for money ( with Paysafe Card ,Paypal etc.)

Yes u made a mistake, u have to BUY zp not earn it....

I bought 10k ZP through paypal for a SPOP(got the ribbon for it) a week ago. I still have no "zp soldier" ribbon. I have a ticket about it but it seems that z8 doesn't care.

Well, they won't see any more money from me, I'll tell you that much.

For some reason all ribbons are taking ages to get now. I been waiting for about 1week to get 1ribbon, got 40so far and waiting to get the showel and for some reason it hasnt updated yet.

You won't get 'ZP Soldier' Ribbon since you need to SPEND actual money in the game, but you will get 'Survey Says' Ribbon if the surveys you did rewarded you.

I have the same problem.. purchased 7k zp and didn't get the ribbon yet -.-
