When i start crossfire nothing appears, patcher working in the background

As the title suggests when i start crossfire I click "start" then nothing happens. If i go to my task manager i can see patcher running but nothing happens. If anyone can tell me how to fix this problem it would be nice.

Well, I am having the same issue with the patcher running and then saying "Failed to download .ini file" didn't get the correct ini but yea.. i haven't played CS in about 1 year and coming back seeing this issue makes me not want to play again.
