where to knife for 100 damage?

The stomach can also be 1HK with the right click i think.

just the question I was looking for. Me and my friend tested it out and it's to the side of the ribcage, or side of the stomach, whatever you wanna call it. Doesn't matter left or right side but just at the side. We can test it if you want, name is Knight503

With forward propulsion, ie: running/bhopping at someone, you can usually 1 hit to the upper upper chest/back/neck.

nope, it won't get you a HS

From my knowledge and experience the head and the neck are the only two places you can right click for a one hit kill with a knife.

1: Head shot
2: Exact chest not stomach
3: Back but not to low to the butt
Every stab down bellow stomach only get u 90dmg.
Nuff said.
