of course it is. Look up videos of an aimbot and compare them with his aim. Aimbots crosshair stay on their target the whole time. Not to mention he missed.
EDIT: i know their was no cross hair because he was using a sniper, but still he was quickscoping which aimbots never do with snipers. -
