I dunno, I had this too but I was using a prepaid card and I always got a charge back.

Just register with PayPal, or go use PlaySpan.

try with paypal u can use it without making a acc
i have same problem as you but i use it trough paypal and it works if u see the error dw its a bug or glitch u get the zps
i also did get today 10k of zps because of my bday so its the only way

Ya sometimes its a bug.... go to the mall and see if you have it on there.

Dont accidentily do it too many times and come to find out it charged you each time.
